Re: What’s the latest on when KS7 launches?

It’s kinda dizzying how quickly we moved from “your wizard dollhouse might be late” to “you will be arrested if you go to the park,” but here we are!

Re: Bunny Forest - All Trees at 60% capacity + MFC trees

The result, to us, was surprising. We used all our trees and ended with a forest that was denser than we anticipated. Yup! I tried to get at something like this with one of my posts, but I wasn’t as clear as you. Forest density doesn’t require filling every stump. In fact, that would be kind of a p...

The sauruses would look great with a Colour Shift (or Chameleon) paint scheme.

Re: The Battle of Dreadhollow Pass

Fantastic!

Those little GW knights are super addictive. There are certain sets of theirs that, once I start painting, I find it hard to stop. The Bretonnian knights and the basic Sauruses are near the top. So many possible color combinations....!

Re: The Pool and the Forge

Oh man this is priceless. The barrel going over the falls, the natural bridge extension as a ramp (guarded by a surly drinking dwarf), the lamps in the stairway to violence - it’s like a theme park ride!

Re: Caverns Deep with Resin pieces?

Looks great! I love the KS6 natural bridge extension over the resin!

I really want to use my resin water with KS6 - just haven’t had the chance yet.

Re: Can someone post hi-res pics of their CD Entrance Riser piece?

It is kinda surprising how close it gets but not there yet. I’m outta town or I’d be on this. I can post something Monday if no one else can beat me to it.

Re: Caverns Deep with Resin pieces?

I’d also add there’s a real subjective element. Some people proudly post pics of CD builds that aren’t my cup of tea. For me, I don’t want piles of pieces that in my eyes just look like piles of pieces. I want there to be order to it. So maybe I’m making things more difficult for myself. There are p...

Re: Caverns Deep with Resin pieces?

Most rewarding/successful things, require practice, patience and persistence. So... a-um... not a lot of difference in this situation here that I can see. Even newbies to DF seem to have questions on how basic DF works. I think there is a term for this, something like "learning curve". ;) Fair, but...
