Re: Hum-di-dum...Early June Resin Water Restock ???

The irony is that these used to be as common as crows. I bought mine at a hefty discount in the era before the DF KSers. The old supply and demand curve now at work as scarcity drives the market. I just wish DF could find a new vendor to make more of these beauties. I hope that DF avoids auctions an...

Re: KS: 7TV:Apocalypse - skirmish rules & 28mm miniatures

This stuff is very cool. I hope the Mad Max minis fully pledge. I ran a 7TV Ghostbusters game for our Halloween game this past weekend. Their minis are nice and the rules were fun. Looking forward to some PA games in the future.

Re: Thoughts on 3D Printed Terrain

I have a Prusa 2 clone that has been reliable about 50 percent of the time. It is currently operating in Failure Mode. I like the concept and look forward to a more reliable one in my future.

Re: Gorilla Foam? Size? Source?

That's a good question. I think the big advantages of blocks are their size (the cover slot of ground quickly), their sturdiness, their light weight, and their uniform size with great dimensional tolerances. These make them an awesome foundation layer for all DF, but especially CBS, Castles, Erintho...

Re: Future Woodlands Re-stock?

I am guessing that the change in boxes for Woodlands reflects new production, vice pulling from a magic horde of original Woodlands sets. That also probably relates to the paint differences too. I thought the most interesting part was the lack of an asterisk indicating these to be limited edition. I...

Re: Future Woodlands Re-stock?

Mine looks like John D's. :-( It was packed in a fitted styrofoam in a corrugated box of the Dwarvenite style instead of the old resin style box with graphics. There was a vintage flyer talking about how to use the sets and a list of resin sets. Some had an asterisk next to the name indicating it wa...

Re: Which resin classic sets would you recommend and how many?

I dumped the boxes years ago and stack them together willy nilly. The sole exception are my beautiful, precious resin rivers and lakes. I have had very little damage over the years, but I make a point of not dropping on the floor or tossing them. The few chips and fractures glued right back with nar...

Re: Future Woodlands Re-stock?

So pleased this worked out. My second Woodlands set arrived today! Plus some more burrows elevation. Now to focus on the pledge manager.
