Would you say that starting off with 2 alley add-on and 1 alley intersection is probably the ideal starter set over trying to put together something with streets? You need to look at purchasing streets and alleys from the point of view, How many 4 way intersections you want. Imperial streets only has two :!: That is a total of 8 4X4s.
