Re: First impressions of Encounters 1 - 6

Public Service Announcement: as soon as you get your Walls of Force, sequester them immediately in a plastic bag or something so the glitter doesn’t get all over everything. I’m so not kidding... My wife accused me of going to a strip club... Is there a way to preserve their glittery nature ...

Re: First impressions of Encounters 1 - 6

I agree with much of what has been said. But I want to throw my 2 cents in anyways: The boxes earlier this evening, so have not had time to play around much with the new stuff. I love the new passageways, great job! It's now super easy to make a one square wide hallway. The metal bases seem much stu...

Re: Walled-Market and Castle

Very well done - impressive.

That's something you set up and better get more than just one play session out of.

Those look really good.

Re: Need a playmats to go with my DF tiles.

Most of the most companies I listed will do hex or square grids.

I don’t think Cigar Box will do it on the plush, the lines would be too blurred because of the plush.

Working without a grid is easy though, just use a tape measure.

Thanks for that detailed analysis Thunder! I am going to pick up that Grasslands Plush mat from Cigar Box based on your review!

Cheers!
Make sure you specify Plush, they do have a regular non-plush grassland. You select plush in the drop down menu on the left.

Re: Need a playmats to go with my DF tiles.

Also, did any of you tried the 1" inch overlay grid sold by Table war? http://www.tablewar.com/geomats/ I bought both the 1” square and the 1” hex four by six foot overlays. They are exactly what they advertise they are - a durable sheet of plastic that you can roll up into a tube. Initially I thou...

Re: Need a playmats to go with my DF tiles.

Howdy! I have a bunch of suggestions - cause I have a bunch of different mats: 1) Broken Egg Games: http://www.brokenegggames.com/adventure-tiles-wilderness-mat-starter-set.html I like their products because I also get the tree tiles that match, then I place trees on the mats and when we are picking...

Re: KS6 Launch Date

2) Less duplication of pieces in the Kickstarter pledges. I would prefer a pre-packaged system that allows folks to add the "new" stuff without having to buy a bunch of the pieces they already have. Nate says that he has heard us... a number of us have been emphatically pointing out that we want EV...
