Lava bridge battle

I got my last wave of stuff from the Dungeon of Doom Kickstarter so I started playing around with the stuff. I set up a faux battle between my players' current characters and a big demon on the bridge to show off the new pieces to my players when I unpacked them this afternoon lava bridge 3.jpg lava...

Were the water terrain trays shown in Caverns Deep the factory final from Dungeon of Doom?

I am trying to decide whether to buy Dungeon of Doom water terrain trays from the webstore once they go on sale in September, or to instead buy extra water terrain trays in the pledge manager in Caverns Deep (besides the few I will get with my Essentials 1 -11 pledge). The water trays that were show...

Re: Pledge Manager Add-On *Wish List*

I'd also love to see one or mall fallen log options in the pledge manager either in their own pack or in another scatter pack or forest accessory pack. Since the nature of the forest tiles leads to often having stumps on the forest floor as well as full trees, it makes sense to have some fallen logs...

Re: Pledge Manager Add-On *Wish List*

Above all, I'd like to see forest bank pieces offered in the pledge manager. That will really add to the utility of the forest tiles on game mats and with negative space options like water tiles.

Re: Forest pricing

Last night's update said today (August 8) is when the Dreadhallow Forest set price and composition will be announced. And Nate again confirmed that on the Kickstarter comments this morning. I don't know whether it will be in today's update, which in past days has gone out at night (so I don't usuall...

Re: Invincibleoverlord: The answer to where he has been.

I am saddened to hear of Mike's passing. I had the pleasure to meet him and to run a weekly Dungeons and Dragons game for him and some mutual friends for about two years, running the entirety of the Shackled City adventure path. His creativity and enthusiasm knew no bounds. I lost touch with him aft...

Re: Counting down to Launch Day

Some Kickstarters offer better pricing if you are an "early bird." With Dwarven Forge Kickstarters so far, all Kickstarter backers who back before the Kickstarter ends are "early birds" and we all get the same better pricing than if you don't pledge during the Kickstarter.

Re: Invincibleoverlord's Photo Sets

This sure brings back memories of some epic games! I had the pleasure of running the entirety of Dungeon Magazine (now Paizo) Shackled City adventure path for Invincible Overlord and other friends at his and his friends' Dungeons & Dragons house (a house they had dedicated entirely for gaming, paint...
