Thanks for the advice. I ended up getting Dreadhollow plus the forest transitions and some terrain trays. I'm really impressed with how much use (and area) I can get out of Dreadhollow by combining it with terrain trays and water pieces.

I'm looking to purchase the Dreadhollow Forest soon. What other pieces are you using most often with that? My campaign is jungle-themed, so I'm considering the Transition Banks set, and Forest Clearing/Mossy Forest set. Also probably Erinthor Mountains at some point. What else do you reach for whene...

I'm currently playing Pathfinder, but I've also used my DF with D&D 3.5, 4.0, and Warhammer Fantasy RP 2.

DF is very helpful for tactical games, but the layouts add a nice visual element even when tactical play isn't required.
