Re: The total positive topic on what you like in KS6.66

Nate mentioned in the livestream just now they are looking at doing the resin pieces from the AHBL pledge level as an add-on, so I'm super happy about that. :D We are too :D No intention of getting them - unless of course they are super super awesome. But I know many old time DooFers are keen on th...

Re: Lava Lake

I am thinking the magma river flanked by the banks would make a great above ground lava flow. Dreadhollow? I've been saying that for the past two days :) We have been saying similar as we want an above ground Lava river not sure banks will work with Dreadhollow :( Think we need a transition piece o...

Re: Light Panel Size (s)

With light bleed have a look at the livestreams and photos as the prototypes and if it looks ok to you on those then the factory ones should be better as the prototypes are less precise.
According to the livestream.

Re: Painting: Primer Question

Painting the new KS6.99 Hellscape Infernite (yellow translucent dwarvenite) is going to be tricky. I don't think it will be too bad. For the non-lava parts I'd start with a very dark near-black gray and block in the areas, then add black wash and drybrush with a slightly lighter gray as desired. Fo...

Re: Fun with KS NUMBERS

Always. ;) EDIT - It took just over an hour to get another change. Now let's shoot for $656565 or $657734 (upside-down). ;) That would be Numberwang :) Kind-of wish that was a real thing. You can play it at home - featuring 2x 400 sided dice and its much better than Cucumberwang because that ...

Re: Mixed messages from DF?

Get how you think that MrM :) But its not how we see it. Lava rivers would be textured hence tiles Lava lakes not so textured (debatable this one) hence terrain tray or Light panel. Lava rivers are much different to water rivers with more of a 3d element. There is an argument that DF maybe moving aw...

Re: Light Panel Size (s)

Agreed with these sentiments Very few pictures of our builds look as good as the build does for real - there one or two surprising exceptions. We do have faith that DF will supply sculpts that will look fabulous in hand. They have earned that over the years. We are very tempted to try the light pane...

Re: Light Panel Size (s)

In the Codex under Back compatibility are some pictures of Hellscape, KS2 lava and Resin. https://www.dwarvenforge.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=73&t=10506&view=unread#unread The reason for adding this here is because it shows Hellscape sculpts without the Light Panel and we think they look pretty amazi...

Oldent's reference is spot on - It was the Saturday Night line-up.
Fantasy Island was on right after love boat - before streaming you had to sit thru the really bad shows before the really mediocre ones started. ;)
