I would think Village (maybe Hamlet) would be the biggest core pledge you would want to use with the module to make the module useable by as many people as possible, include a sewer and street mega pack for sure. Other then that they should find out from DF which add on packs were the most selected ...

The split roofs allow you to make either type (Tudor or stone) you just turn them around. You essentially get both roof types on one 4x4 roof

I'm not 100% sure but with KS1 they ordered far more then they needed to fill the pledges and put the rest up in their store a few weeks after fulfillment. I would assume they'd do they same thing this time as well so they should have them listed in the store soon.
