Re: Hellscape Contest!

Here's my build! I wanted to make a large build, but with a small footprint which, of course, meant that I needed to go vertical. The end result was a 3-level, outward-facing cavern build where the explorers spiral down through cramped corridors. I feel that the side-view helps give a claustrophobic...

Re: Japan Backers

I'm another Japan dweller, although my 18 years pales to dice4hire's 25!
I live about 45 minutes east of Tokyo in Tsukuba. My DF collection started with KS1, but has gained a decent amount of resin as well. Of course, I want more, more, more of both types!

Re: Exercises with Roofs

Great thread! Some excellent ideas here. The upside down balcony is particularly clever. Also the use of the sideways roofs against higher central building sections. Good stuff! I'm glad to see folks delving into the possibilities with these roof pieces… when I was working on the design I was very ...

"Poor man's city walls" with KS3

Howdy, all! Like many of you, I've been enjoying the KS4 teaser pics... so much, in fact, that I decided to recreate what I could of one. Lacking round crenelations, I need to improvise a bit. Overall, however, I'm pleased with what can be done using only KS3 pieces. I think I've figured out a bit o...

Exercises with Roofs

I finally had time to unpack and inventory my CBS pieces. Unfortunately, my game space has currently been taken over for storage, leaving me with very limited space to play. So, in lieu of building out city scenes, I spent some time today experimenting with roofs and toying with some different ideas...

Re:The Butcher (Building my own entrance centerpiece)

This whole layout is inspiring, to say the least!

My one question is what is the tall spiral staircase from?

Re:Narrow Passages piece question/suggestion

Thinking about it a bit more, I realized that the four corners themselves wouldn\'t have to all be the same height, as long as the 4 highest points were of the same height and each located somewhat near a corner. That way, we could have the best of both worlds!

Narrow Passages piece question/suggestion

<t>I\'m not sure where to best put forward this question/suggestion, so here goes:

Looking at the photos of the narrow passage pieces, I\'m near certain that the four corners are at slightly different heights. My question is: are they?

If they are at different heights, my sugge...
