Re: OMG - The Millenium Falcon!!!
Seems like there have been several use cases for larger numbers of diagonals. What are the chances of a hexagonal room pack? I'm thinking just the walls and floors needed to make such a thing. Of course I'm also assuming assuming it prices out reasonably...

Floors without holes in them
This has been a mentioned a few times, but I feel it should be called out on its own. Is it really not possible to make packs of solid floors and packs of insert floors? Yes it costs sculpts, but these are sculpts we'll never miss because we never knew they were there to begin with. Solid floors are...

Dwarven Forge on Netflix
Metal Lords You'll see a D&D game with a pretty fancy Dwarven Forge set up about 20 minutes in. You also get to see the perils of metal dice (and rage rolling) on a wooden table. I'm guessing Joe M. provided the pieces (as he has a role in the movie as well as producer credits). Pretty awesome 7...

Re: Terrain Pledge
Perspective is important. Glass half full is a healthy state of mind. Glass being FULL is better in every scenario .... ;) That just calls out for the below quote: “There are, it has been said, two types of people in the world. There are those who, when presented with a glass that is exactly half f...

Re: OK, I admit it -- I'm confused
But... you mean that in Catacombs there would be more difficult to print 1000 of each sculpt? I'm not sure I'm getting that right... if a set comes with 10, let's say, walls, 100 sets sold would be 1000 walls printed... I think I may be misanderstanding something again...? Oh sure, if you think of ...

Re: The Expectations Game
Not necessarily yikes. I'm also looking at terrain usage only and am backing one of each sculpt. If they add another all-in that swaps two thrones for two pillars, I could see switching to that in the pledge manager. I would do this for the terrain and not the display stands. It is possible though t...

Re: OK, I admit it -- I'm confused
I think that by arguing my point, you are actually proving part of it. I never mentioned number of sculpts, only print run size. Nate has said multiple times that they shoot for 1000 sets/pieces (that would be of each piece) in order to get the best pricing. For something like a redone catacombs (wh...

Re: OK, I admit it -- I'm confused
When it comes to price, I think there's something else going on here that people are missing: This was never expected to be a big money maker with tons of backers shelling out four to five figures each. As such, I suspect that what we are seeing is the price point for a small print run in today's ec...

Re: Survey Results
Mini's were already mentioned, but another possibility could be printed out hardbound editions of the KS Encounter Books. Also, possibly ones tying to the various Builds of the Month. I seem to recall chatter about that for a while before it went silent for a bit.

Re: Multiple Kickstarters! - YES!
Using the previous kickstarters as an example, I would be against adding another similar style\scope one per year due to many of reasons stated. There are however a few exceptions: KS xx All of our existing forest and tree tiles, but in Fall colors (or whatever). or A workable selection of DoD in Sa...
