Re: Underdoom Factory Paint - Same Concerns after Update #44

The factory final paint scheme is almost identical to the prototype paint scheme we used throughout the kickstarter. We haven't made any radical changes (in fact Erin & Nina worked very hard to keep it as close as possible). It's the same as the pieces we showed at Gencon, and the same as the pieces...

Re: DF's July 2019 build of the month using Erinthor

Nate mentions in the video that there's an "official adventure writeup" linked in the bio, but I didn't see it. The write-up is coming with the next issue of Dwarven Quarterly, later this month. I've made a few tweaks and the written encounter is even more lively than in the video. As for the boat ...

Re: Stefan's new kickstarter

Although they share the same initials, the DF (Destination Fantastic) kickstarter is not a DF (Dwarven Forge) project. This is wholly a Stefan solo adventure - he's creating Destination Fantastic with his own independent team. All of us in the DF crew are busy with our heads down in Caverns Deep, He...

Upcoming DF Kickstarters (and a Pre-order)!

Especially for those of you who don't get the KS6 updates. Here it is: KS7: The Wildlands - We're currently deep in creative development on our next large ...

Feedback - KS6 Module & Live Play

Hey all! We're evaluating our team bandwidth and want your feedback on how we should spend our time. We spent a lot of effort (perhaps too much) on the DoD module, because we wanted it to be something that felt as premium as our terrain. And we're super proud of all 406 full-color pages of it. But w...

Re: Kickstarter 7 teaser?

We'll get you some beans as soon as we can. In an effort to hopefully reduce the inevitable scale creep of KS7, one of the things we're trying this year is to start backwards. We're working on the finale first and then the beginning, and finally middle last. Normally we work more linearly, starting ...

Re: PM Reopening

Hey guys! We hear you about the "donut" concern. Here are flat, overhead views of the current forest tile (front and back), which are much easier to see/judge than the skewed image from the update. https://i.imgur.com/uLG1BE9.jpg https://i.imgur.com/zvIBhcQ.jpg Looking at these overheads, do they fe...
