Re: “Survey says?”

I think the offering should include some fairly distinctive sci-fi pieces, but also have pieces or sub-sets which can cater for fantasy as well. It would be cool to see a Den of Evil type set released, for some sort of evil spaceship that would be very clear for fantasy players to also jump on. Thes...

Re: DF minis yea or nay?

Agree with most of the thread. Sure the minis made can be cool, but it's not what I come to for DF to buy. For example, I really wanted the wyvern nest from the last KS, but I didn't want the wyvern - so instead of buying a few nests or pack containing it - I just skipped it all together. I think so...

Re: Fancy stone too intense?

They seem to be neglecting the simple 2x2 wall, corner, system that was the foundation of DF these days. The basic 2x2 pieces are great for building encounters. The resin MBS is no longer made and KS3 is not as good replacement for interiors. What I saw of the twitch stream for a 2x2 it seem overly...

Re: "2x2" floors pieces

@Law - Nate noted that from the 2000 people who answered the survey that the "V" shape exposed from a corner post wasn't of a great concern in builds. Seems like mbourj is suggesting that with the smaller corners in the 2x2 builds, they would absolutely be of a concern, and very noticeable...

Re: My suggestions

Completely agree with the MBS sentiment, it's the first DF set I ever saw and have always wanted to secure that - but haven't had the chance. I have no idea if anyone has suggested using terrain trays (just blank ones, or even wood or stone floor textured) to allow for mounting of 2x2 MBS type tiles...

Re: ROW shipping

……………. But, we have had land mass burned larger than the size of Belgium in the state of NSW alone, and nation wide around 2x the size of Belgium (approx 60,000 square km or 23166 square miles) to put the size of the fires in scale. PS, is Sydney getting a lot of pollution? The Chief Least Weasel o...

Re: ROW shipping

Well if you could just send a little rain down this way for at last a week, that'll help and then we'll send it back your way - seems like a fair deal. But not too much, or we'll just replace the fires with floods in typical Australian fashion.

Re: ROW shipping

Rude puns...? What, we don't pick on Earth's southerners. :P Just gettin' a bit worried those fires burn through the whole planet to us... heat does rise you know. ;) Stay safe and cool. Edit - Just saw this yesterday. . Aussy Fires.jpg Don't believe that map, the fires don't extend up throug...

Re: Some more Caverns Deep thoughts - review

Here they say the ship to EU will land on Dec 10: https://dwarvenforge.com/ks6/ Dang, I didn't know that page even existed - thanks for posting. The information in there is also unfortunately different than the November Shipping update - looks like a further slip in production time for RoW (Non-US/...

Re: Lava river lake volcano accessories set by Lord

I have a few sets as well - it's all amazing quality, and while the colour is slightly off (at least on the sets I have) for the stone, it still looks basically seamless. 100% would recommend - and if he's still around he should be able to take orders for sets. This is the sole reason I didn't think...
