Re: Close but not quite

Thank you for the honest and heartfelt update, Nate. It is most certainly appreciated. In my initial post, I said that the final product was decidedly worse than the originally proposed product. That may have been unnecessarily harsh, and I apologize for that. Now that the initial shock has worn off...

Re: Close but not quite

This is disappointing. Did not get Shrine of Sysuul during the Kickstarter purely because I was tapped out of funds, but really liked the encounter and it was high on the list of things I wanted to buy on the store. But what was delivered is significantly worse than what was shown and promised. That...

Re: Elevation Boxes

This thread was depressing to read. Haven’t gotten my Elevation Boxes yet (and I ordered five), but the overwhelming impression I’ve gathered is that they’ve fallen short on both elevation and storage fronts. KS5 was my first foray into Dwarven Forge, and I had hoped (perhaps naively) that these Ele...

Re: What is your opinion on "water/lava" options in KS6?

KS2 water tiles expansion = I'm willing to spend at least $1,000 just on it. Negative water? meh. I’m on the other end of the spectrum. I don’t have any KS2 water tiles, and would likely pass on new water tiles for KS6. However, I’ll go big for the extensive ledge options that would presumably acco...

Re: Dwarvenite in Bonesium?

And I am in Central Valley CA, and store the DF in the garage. Whoa, I’m in Central Valley California as well! At least for at present; my wife and I technically just moved to the Bay Area, but we both grew up in the Valley and have lots of family there. Yes, it is quite hot in those garage...

Re: Please have better LED mounts in KS6 LED pieces

As a newcomer to Dwarven Forge (as of KS V), this is disappointing to hear. I haven’t gotten my pieces yet (having elected to receive everything together at the end), but will definitely be checking my LED pieces out when they arrive for this seemingly recurring problem. I had hoped to pick up more ...

Re: Origins 2018 Livestream

Very cool. Excited to finally see more of what KS VI will bring.

Unfortunately, I won’t be able to view the livestream as I have a pesky graduation to go to, but I will be sure to check it all out when I get a chance!

No Shrine of Sysuul for me...

Re: KS6 Launch Date

Having a separate acount helps. And if you ever have kids, adopting the have-the-kids-game-at-our-place is also a great strategy. even though our boys are huge video gamers, once sucked into in-person RPG they never left. This is a dream of mine! We don’t have kids, but hopefully someday, we will. ...
