Re: It’s late July! It’s late July!

Is this not the case, though? Particularly with 6.66, there were several instances where packs were priced way too high for the apparent contents, leading to a lot of confused and frustrated backers. Ultimately, DF had to speak up and explain something along the lines of, “Don’t worry, the pricing ...

Re: It’s late July! It’s late July!

They're free stretch goals in that they don't increase the price of whatever package they're being added to. Is this not the case, though? Re: It’s late July! It’s late July!

Well, the painters are all "experts".... Dwarven Forge should really stop selling this idea. Their in-house resin master sculpts used for Kickstarter promotion might be painted by experts, but everything that comes from their overseas factory is painted by run-of-the-mill factory workers. It’s pass...

Re: It’s late July! It’s late July!

Dwarven Forge has said in the past (mostly during 6.66) that the factory wasn’t particularly happy to be doing so many alternate paint schemes in KS6 and that they had been getting some pushback from them. I can’t help wondering if this questionable Underdoom paint is, in part, a reflection of that ...

Re: It’s late July! It’s late July!

Eek. Unclebilly’s Underdoom has me a little worried. I didn’t pick up any Underdoom this time around, as my funds were limited, but I did go in pretty big for Hellscape and was thinking that perhaps I would eventually expand to pick up the other “specialty” themes (ice and Underdoom) down the line. ...

Re: Official PM video

Anyone done any math to figure out if the megapack is worth it after this, especially with the CD pieces? I'm at work and the day is starting to pick up so I'm out. Came to find out exactly the same thing. I’m indisposed at present, but hopefully someone who is good at running numbers does an analy...

Re: Pathfinder 2nd Ed DF pieces

I really like this preorder system, especially with the free shipping incentive. I hope they do this again. Also agree with this. Very much. Would love to see DF carry on with this sort of business model in the future. Maybe, in the far distant future, this could supplant the need for Kickstarters?...

Re: Pathfinder 2nd Ed DF pieces

I didn't order any of the terrain trays due to their limited use options this time. I’m not really too big of a fan of terrain trays for solid ground coverage. I can appreciate their use for things like water, acid, lava, etc., especially if you build around them with ledges, banks, etc. to maintai...

Re: Splitting Wildlands? Great idea!

I think “Wildlands” should be scrapped. Let me explain. I expect that Wildlands will be huge; Stefan has said as much in the comments for KS6.66. And “Wildlands” is also vague. This is an outdoor-focused Kickstarter, and there is a lot of stuff that one can find in the outdoors. Forests, swamps, des...

Wow 8-) How do I respond?
Congratulations, good sir!

I believe the latest Kickstarter update mentioned that they would be reaching out to all of the winners shortly, so hopefully you hear from them soon.
