Re: Green Dwarvenite Water Tiles - primer?

I would live to help, but I guess I got mine too long ago. As I remember mine were grey except for the open water tiles, which work perfectly unpainted. Thanks, dice. Your reply made me edit my post, as I had not specified that I had the older gray tiles that I got from KS2, and I am trying to matc...

Green Dwarvenite Water Tiles - primer?

When the cavern water tiles were recently restocked, I grabbed two sets since we will probably not get any more to fill out that line. The decision to change the color to green is baffling, since they need to be painted to match the Deepwater Green anyway, but now you can't get away with dry-brushin...

Re: Fixing Warped Tiles?

Awesome, that is great info, Riley. Maybe I'll try that with the old KS1 4 x 6 tiles as well. Those are a special case. The warping on those is because they have a glued-in ABS hard plastic base, which is too large for the Dwarvenite top. I yanked the ABS core out of mine, which leaves a relatively...

Re: Fixing Warped Tiles?

Hey, Riley, I did that with some warped Bones figures, thought it would be more difficult than that. I'll give it a shot. Thank you very much! It works like a dream. I've used it on DF tiles many times. (It takes a little longer hot water soak for DF tiles than for Reaper minis, but less than a min...

Re: Fixing Warped Tiles?

They stayed in place after you flexed them? I'll try that first, then the baths if they don't stay.

The floors were not as bad, but all the corners and walls were gakked.

Thanks, zenako!

Fixing Warped Tiles?

Every one of my 4 x 4 pieces are warped. Some more than others, to the extent the old 4 x 6 es from KS1, but all are visibly messed up. Is there a way to straighten these, so I don't have to beg for replacements? Is there a thread on here for straightening warped tiles? I am hoping it does not invol...
