Nicely done, Rhizome! That looks like it would make for a really interesting encounter...

Re: City Builder buy suggestions

With the streets, I would suggest specializing in alleys instead of the wide streets. Also, the double posts are worth their weight in gold with City Builder. They allow you to create a second story that is easy to take off to access the level below it by holding all of the floors on that top floor...

Re: LIGHTHOUSE

Not sure using a gnome for scale really helps Does look fab though Looks like it would play nice with Hagglethorn Hollow with the right paint scheme Thanks! Yeah I agree - I think it may play well with Hagglethorn. Though I only ended up getting some stone walls, totems and statues from the HH Kick...

Re: Background screens

I wouldn't hate a background screen for shooting the terrain... It seems like something in the ballpark of a Modular GM Screen might do the trick. Maybe something with straight pieces, curved pieces, connectors that help stand them up, maybe some LED Panels to backlight them... Ok I may have experie...

Re: Miniatures That Will Be Used With My DF Stuff

Been a long time since I posted - I thought I would share some old castle diorama pics https://i1141.photobucket.com/albums/n584/RyanDevoto/DF%20Castle%20Again/0N4A0890.jpg That is some gorgeous work there! Why is it so many of my hobbies are better when you dedicate entire rooms to them?!

Re: Hands on Feedback

I'm actually glad the trifecta doesn't have magnets. I can imagine there are arrangements I might attempt with those where I'd actually be working against the magnet's force!

Re: LIGHTHOUSE

Great stuff! Yet another reason I should dip into castles eventually... Since I haven't taken that plunge yet (and with CD coming soon, I didn't want to put money into castles just yet), I decided to 3D print a lighthouse for my campaign. I only have it based at the moment, with a few stones base co...

Re: What fresh hell are you getting?

I finally locked in my pledge. I feel like I was able to get a good base set of pieces, then some fun focal points and enough river stuff to have a bit of fun both in this set & running over other sets w/ the edging packs. I went back and forth on the gates, but in the end, I don't feel the need to ...

Re: Jungle Campaign

Thanks for the info! Sounds like I should probably just grab some thin plywood & water fx gels/paints and get to work!
