Re: Mapmaker is working
Still it is useless unless it would contain all DF modules.

Re: Kickstarter prototypes
Is it just me or does it seem strange to use Hirst Arts bricks to make Dwarven Forge Prototypes? It's a good way to make prototypes. I always used Hirst Art to make complements to DF. Both have their advantages an disadvantages. DF is extremely durable, playable right out of the box, but is bit cos...

Re: Kickstarter prototypes
Your "posts" seem to be of a larger design and attach differently than that of the KS3. I wonder if they offer improved strength? I really don't have any concerns of the posts that Stefan chose. I think they will offer all the strength necessary. I'm sure Stefan tested them properly. The ...

Re: Kickstarter prototypes
just noticed your floor sizes were 6x6 and 3x6, not the 4x4's as in KS3. I still would have liked a 2x2 and 2x4 to work with, we did get to purchase the 2x4 roofs in the add-ons though. So that is nice.[/i] 2x2 and 2x4 can easily be done with standard MBS, but 2x4 is self-supporting when building up.

Re: Kickstarter prototypes
I see the wooden floor that you made in the prototype. It doesn't have any delineation through it, but I was wondering if your design was intended to have a different grid than the MBS, or did it utilize the same grid work? In my design the floors were removable, you could change them at will, some...

Kickstarter prototypes
I helped Stefan in designing the KS3 Here are a few of the prototypes that made it into KS3. There where other things that did not make it into the final design, and I won't post them because they might someday be used. Some will probably be in the next KS, who knows? The roofs were already sent to ...

Re:Game Tables
Here is my first version of my custom gaming table.
Since then I "upgraded" it a bit the bottom is now frosted glass, to allow future under the table projecting, and the cover has a cloth covering to make easier to play card games.

Re:My very own expansion set for MBS, including roof
<t>I thought of all of this already, there is a way to have something modular that will work up to a certain size.<br/> but you understand that I can't post ideas here like I did in the past, for fear of get them stolen. This is not a simple mod, it is a brand new system.<br/> <br/> I send them to S...

Re:My very own expansion set for MBS, including roof
BTW, it's been a few years since I posted those. I improved a lot on these since then, but instead of posted it here, I'll send them to stefan, in case he might do something like this in the future.

Re:My very own expansion set for MBS, including roof
<t>Making a lot of different roofs with different sizes would requirte a lot of different molds, so it would be very costly.<br/> <br/> On the other ways, you can't have a modular system that fit all and every configurations and sizes, that would be very costly and compelx to setup.<br/> <br/> I hav...
