Re: Question for people using Imperial Streets

I won't have mine until Wednesday. During the campaign I lobbied for more back curves so that I would be able to make more 4 way intersections.I am sure there is a balance but not the one I care for.

Re: Quick feedback-Needed parts

or the geniuses in the Forum educate me!........ Also, we need fairly flat fireplaces to fit up against a wall, just enough depth to show the fire pit part and deevelop some stonework. The Least Weasel Totus KS Delendum Est The fire place is a whole can of worms for the small 3" by 3" rooms. I thin...

Re: Imperial Steets Set - Lots of Warped Streets

Lacquers are oil based, Enamels are either. Do a google search on paint types. At this point I think we have thoroughly confused everyone reading this. All I can suggest is please just test one piece before you dive into a big batch. ;) Good suggestion :!: A jig will save time. Soap is a wetting ag...

Re: Imperial Steets Set - Lots of Warped Streets

I have one painted Imperial and one Wargamer Street sets. About 6 straights were warped. I bent them back into shape with my hands. After two weeks only one has rewarped - I will tackle it with a heatgun. Good luck. I want to caution everyone again about the heat gun. Even with a laser thermometer ...

Re: City Builder Less Versatile Than Expected

"Has it been confirmed that the CBS does not mesh well with MBS?" I am still waiting for measurements, so, no. Check my post elsewhere in this thread. I used a mic to get measurements on one randomly selected sample of castle foundations and narrow passages, and on MBS v a standard room in CBS. The...

Re: So... what does "January" mean, exactly?

Maybe an oven on low heat and you could do them in batches? Just find long object with a width that they could sit/"clamp" on to set and you could do them a bunch at a time? I have tried an oven. You have to work fast. The oven has the advantage of a heat setting and a timer. A cup of hot boiling w...

Lord D never overestimates the present, active intelligence of a fanatic practicing his fanatical devotions. Wise man. Thank you. I'll experiment a bit. My big problem will be time. If it takes 5 minutes to do each fix, and I have 70% bowing problem, I have over a full day's work here. I have to ac...

Re: City Builder Less Versatile Than Expected

"Has it been confirmed that the CBS does not mesh well with MBS?" I am still waiting for measurements, so, no. I am frustrated about no delivery notice. However, I don't worry about DF products. They are what they say they are. I don't like the post or the doors on the KS III .I do not want h...
