Re: Wildlands Survey

Now that I hear everyone talking about the water fall, it sounds really good. I'm sold. I asked for a Hill on my survey. I'm not sure how they're going to do it without it appearing like a kind of Lego, Minecraft Hill. We'll see what they come up with. And hazards, 2x2 etc. And I continually encoura...

Re: My KS7 Dreadhollow Expansion Wishlist

imagine RoTA temples surround covered in rainforest tiles, trees, undergrowth, vines etc. Yes! That! Not crazy about the idea of rainfores tiles/trees, but how awesome would it be to have vines and outgrowth accesories to lay on existing dungeons to create outdoor ruins?. Grass in "rubble" type pie...

Looks the same to me.

I think there was something about seeing it in the wild that made me appreciate the elevations more than the artist rendition. At any rate, I'm looking forward to getting them on my table. October can't come soon enough.

Re: Hands on Feedback

Nice review Z. https://i980.photobucket.com/albums/ae283/CRTraylor3499/tips/IMG_4109.jpg I think it is a good mix. Here are some WIP photos. Oldent, is that the CD 6x6 floor there, in the middle of your build? it looks REALLY good to me, but it also looks different from the piece which was the orig...

Re: What I most want to see from Wildlands KS 7 - hills/playable elevation

I think a gradual slope is out for the simple reason that there has to be a defined space for minis. I'm afraid it will look like a lego hillside or Minecraft. Unless they could hide parts of the elevation in other, natural forms like rocks, ferny ledges, thorn tangles or gnome grass.

Re: Feedback based on unboxing videos

The guests were definitely fun. Just a little change. They couldn't hide their genuine reaction of seeing the pieces for the first time, whereas Nate has lived with the prototypes for some time. OMG, those ruined pieces. Wow. They are going to have so much applicability. We really should push for a ...

I think this one is pretty straightforward. The only complicated bit is having to fish through the PM to identify the new pieces.
Yeah, I agree with you. It's annoying to have to open up the PM each time just to see the component pieces. I wish they had done group shots like for the KSs.

Re: Pathfinder 2nd Ed DF pieces

I'm really excited by seeing shelves somehow embedded into the plinth. Is that possible with the shelves from the town sets? or is that new? I also noticed the little table next to the sacrifice looks like it has an axe sticking up from it. Hmmm....
