Re: What fresh hell are you getting?

on second thought I'm not sure this will work. a blue acetate sheet will block all but blue light, and the translucent red on the piece will block all but red, so the net effect might just be that all light is blocked. on the other hand yellow passes through green and red light, so a colored acetate...

Re: can't afford these anymore.

How would you work these river packs without any surrounding floors? Wouldn't it look weird to have elevated lava rivers? Or is the plan to just use a ton of 2x2 ks2 or ks6 floor tiles?

Re: What fresh hell are you getting?

I think I just talked myself into buying light panels.

Re: What fresh hell are you getting?

Way too early to say, but I like encounter 3. But that would blow my whole budget on one encounter... I also like the phantasm filters and classic paint large banks. I likely will be skipping the light panels, to try a few other things first. Also they seem like the sorta thing that could be restock...

Re: Reminder

I know! Ugh. It’s kind of a headache because I don’t want to overspend now and find I can’t afford cool KS7 stuff. But I also don’t want to miss out on cool stuff now if it turns out I prefer it to KS7. I do wish they’d timed things slightly differently. When we said we wanted smaller campaigns we ...

Re: can't afford these anymore.

I feel your pain. I have a 1 and 3 year old and my daycare payments exceed my rent by a significant margin, and will for at least another year. Maybe I will be able to splurge on KS8 😃 I'd love to get into this one for a wee bit, but our original summer care solution for my eight year old didn't wor...

Re: can't afford these anymore.

There is barely any discount for going the pledge level route this kickstarter. I'll likely 1st circle + addons. I'm willing to go big if it saves me a higher %. 2nd circle "River Styx Phantasmal Filter" just seems way out of place to me. Its like a greenish ghost river with lava round it. I think ...

Re: Wow :)

Does anyone know if the light panels change colors? Wondering about going with the DF ones going vs going with something like nanoleaf, which can be voice controlled via siri/alexa/etc. and are fully programmable: https://nanoleaf.me/en/consumer-led-lighting/products/smarter-series/nanoleaf-canvas/ ...

Re: Wow :)

It is pricey, but has a DF Kickstarter ever been cheaper than an earlier one?

Re: Lava Damage

So this random hit I googled says people can get close to lava, but it depends on wind direction and lava type. http://volcano.oregonstate.edu/how-close-can-i-get-lava-and-will-it-hurt-or-kill-me If you want to be realistic, a human could probably not get close enough to lava to even walk into a poo...
