Re: No notification commiseration thread

Y'know what's worse than not getting your shipping confirmation yet? Having gotten a Royal Stronghold, Grand Citadel, and assorted other goodies (so I could make videos)... only to have to repack every darn piece in every darn lil' plastic bag and send 'em back, 'cause they're not actually mine! Sti...

Re: Erinthor Mountains

Great pics!

That's supposed to be a bird's nest on the back of the elemental's neck. A detail Stefan added after I did the original sculpt of the creature.

Re: Elye posted a bunch of Videos to Youtube

Feelin' the love. :) Thanks everyone, glad these are helpful. Let Team DF know if there are any other particularly thorny topics you'd like to see on video. Probably can't produce them right away with all the KS5 stuff looming, but they can go on the "to do" list. And once I get my own cas...

Re: Elye posted a bunch of Videos to Youtube

I guess I should be offended, but my dipteran mind can't fathom human impulses such as the inclination to randomly insult people you don't know online. Thanks friends for sticking up for me! I appreciate that generally the forums here are very polite and full of goodwill. Personality really wa...

Re: Royal Stronghlord : Disappointment

Hi folks, I can offer some insight here. Stefan actually made a small error in his RS build video; he did sort of an alternate build of the top of the keep. Normally the battlements do run all the way across the back wall (as seen in the larger circled area in the upper photo) and pieces to do that ...

Re: When you get your notification/stuff.......

They're not shipping by backer number, but basically by what's most efficient based on what sets they've received (since not everything has arrived yet) and various other arcane criteria that will help DF HQ make sure everything is going smoothly (since we're still early in the shipping process). So...

Re: Populating the City

Kryzsko, I have a variety of different brands of paint. I have a pretty broad selection of Reaper paints, probably the majority of what I use on minis (as opposed to terrain). I also have the full Pokorny line (of course) which are good particularly for the earth tones. And I backed a Kickstarter a ...

Re: The Gnome Plague - my 5th edition adventure on Dwarven Forge.

Looks like a fun adventure! I really like the way you're integrating the City Builder pieces with the dungeon and cavern terrain, it really spices things up in interesting ways. Yeah, once people know you have terrain you typically get a wait list. I currently have players with friends that are on s...

Re: Populating the City

Thanks Everyone! @AnimeSensei, well-- my general goal with Griffin Tamer has been to produce items that it wouldn't necessarily make sense for DF to do in Dwarvenite (due to difficulty to produce, unlikelihood of high volume sales, difficulty of capturing certain details, etc.) so it's probably not ...
