Re: Biowizard's Black Castle painting theme

Very intimidating... and strangely elegant - it is an almost formal castle ;)

Great work... and perseverance !

Re: Ravenloft (Curse of Strahd)

Awesome

I love the crypt done with spacer cubes and tipped over narrow passages for open tombs - very simple and very creepy - lots of line of sight challenges in a fight - well done!

Re: KS7 Wildlands unoffical teaser and bean pics topic

Clearly it is the LED insert for the Spirit Tree... but what is contained within the sacred tree???

Cluster of "special" mushrooms?
Arcane portal?
Bubbling miasma of goo?
Spectral Lemure?
Phosphorescent moss?
Treasure!

Re: Some Painted Minis

Those are fantastic - love the instant gratification - 3D printers are the Polaroid of the terrain hobby! Thanks buddy. I’m pretty happy with them, considering the negligible cost and the very modest time commitment I have in them. I’m always a little hesitant to spend a ton of time on rather munda...

Re: Resin Lakes and Rivers Sets!

That is awesome!

I GM'd for the 13-14yr olds last night - sort of like conducting a choir of frogs - everyone has their own rhythm and they keep jumping away from the table ;)

Re: Kickstarter - Primeval Forest

I am really glad i don't have a 3d printer...

years ago i never bought unpainted minis - i couldn't paint, it was a nice firm obstacle to purchasing - after KS1 i learned to paint minis - i have painted maybe 30, but bought HUNDREDS!

If i had a 3D printer i would be buying all of these STL files ;)

i still hold out hope each time i refresh my email... but then i am an optomist (and a cynic - which is a weird combo - somehow i can be sarcastic and critical of everything and still whistle a happy tune and believe that things will be alright - i need therapy!)
