D&D ground scale is 1 inch = 5 feet. O gage 1/48 1 inch is 4 feet. I have figures from the same manufacturer that range from 4 feet 6 inches to 6 feet tall when measured with the O gage ruler. I did not order them because I did not like the design. I am not surprised they don't fit well. PVC has it advantages and disadvantages. It is more flexible and less breakable than resin. Flexible material often does not fit precisely without some manipulation.
