As far as the trees go... I have no idea, but I would suspect like any smart business person they are quite aware of the forum discussions here; anyone can create an account and view the posts here and the tree thread is very popular. They do seem to ride on the coattails of DF's successful Kickstar...

as unpleasant as half is, it is better than nonfullfillment or a crappy product this IS what KS is about, trusting people and working through their inexperience... We have all been spoiled by far too many established companies using KS to fund product... as a creator marketplace it was designed for...
