Start with 4 new molds and a real funding goal of $50k or whatever, and have actual stretch goals every 25k to just add another single water tile. I have lots of minis and go to DF for terrain.
However, I don't mind the odd themed set if they are unique and suit the environment.
I have the lizardfolk, ratmen and townsfolk.

This is why I and some others would like DF to make some dwarvenite 2x2 MBS - it uses the corner, wall floor system which is far better for interiors.
