Re: KS7 Wildlands hints, teaser and beans
We would dispute that transition pieces have a myriad of uses as they are a specialist piece which can only be used between the two environments they transition. Given the terrain tray transition exists we suspect that tile transitions may turn out to be an easy pass for DF. We would like transition...

Re: Social distancing painting my new stuff.
Wow, I admire your courage and your execution. I would never thought about a blueish cathedral roof. The transition piece looks cool and fit to your water tiles. I‘m still not sure about the DF streets. I have a lot of them but IMO the alley pieces fit much better into the scale than the streets. T...

Re: pacarat’s Apex Primordial
Have to admit totally impressed with both mods.
Maybe we can look at doing something with our second one.

We dislike bases on big minis.
But that is pretty darn good :)Is it just wood or is it weighted at all?

Re: KS7 Wildlands hints, teaser and beans
I prefer not having the sides of the waterfall top be sculpted with any specific terrain. I want to put a waterfall in different places and have it look good. For instance: Forest escarpment Multi-tier city with a river/waterfall Volcanic ground with a river Cavern waterfall Desert oasis and waterf...

Re: Log Bridge Colors?
… Those look beautiful RB. Does it match the factory though? The brown tone of the logs is the same as the KS5 row boat and looks to be the same brown as the Tudor houses from City Builder. Anybody know? I may just go with high contrast Wyldwood from Citadel. We have no idea if it matches the facto...

Re: Log Bridge Colors?
We used Citadel paints and an Army painter rattlecan and a wash, they don't come out well in pictures but to the eye in RL we are happy.
We sprayed brown then added a wash and then highlighted with progressively lighter browns.
