Re: Bones V

At the moment I am only interested in the bridge encounter with the troll.

Can anyone make an educated guess on how well the bridge will play with Dwarven Forge city and streets? Looks like it is about 4 inch wide, but not sure.

Re: Did Caverns Deep really have the basic needs?

Ok, I get the point with the SKUs. They could save some with encounters just made of basic packs plus adventure packs. Granted. But still, who are we to decide what is best for DF’s business? We are only those few hardcore-fans here in the forum. DF is in contact also with beginners, people who just...

Re: Did Caverns Deep really have the basic needs?

I still don’t get it. We have all the basic sets you ask for as add-ons in KS6, don’t we? So you could have gone all add-on plus maybe a few adventure packs. The encounter configurations are just for people with a different taste, who like to rebuild exactly what they see without having unused piece...

Re: Did Caverns Deep really have the basic needs?

This is why I thought from the beginning: I am very glad that I have enough coverage from KS2 (actually bought afterwards). I tried to concentrate on add-on pieces, mostly for negative space builds, elevation and passages, in KS6. And on forest, of course. And on some variation for walls and floors....

Re: Bones V

Oh! Kobolds! These are really lovely Kobolds! I want those Kobolds, but I do not want the rest.

What do you think, will they be available separately?

Re: Wildlands Survey

The Forest Transition Banks are great but it must be pointed out that they are forest transition banks 100%, I can not see using them in any other way IE they are not as versatile as they could be. The forest décor is so heavy on them and right up to the straight back edge, that they will not work ...

Re: Wildlands Survey

@93x74R, I have the feeling that you missed that DF introduced forest banks in the CD pledge manager. Right?

Because these banks fulfill everything you are looking for.

Re: KS7 Wildlands hints, teaser and beans

I pray for hazards. HAZARDS! Think of them! Rock slides! they would be great outdoors or in your Caverns Deep! And something to indicate rough terrain, too. Tell me. How many times in your dungeon adventures that a passage was blocked by fallen stone, rocks, debris, an giant animal carcass, whateve...

The diagonals are a nice effect!

But it is hard to spot anything on those dark photos. Could you shoot it again with a little more light?
