Assuming I want to Pledge Dungeon Level I, if I wanted to add-on a Menagerie room, would I ALSO still need to pledge the $10 Build Your Own Dungeon?

I get a lot of it from JoAnn and some from Michaels. Any craft store has that stuff and usually, you can find a fair amount of workable pieces at the proper scale.
