Are you downloading the first link, or the second "Kubla" link. The 2nd link does not have photos. This is the link that we (my friends and I) use for putting together con maps, and we don't use the photos, as it is easier for us to set up maps with printouts done from the drawings.

You are extracting it, (right click -> extract all) and not merely double-clicking and trying to open, right?

I have no idea why you get blank tiles. It works fine on XP, win7 32-bit and win7 64-bit for me.

The png files are the tiles that end in ".png". The .exe is the executable itself. Can you launch the tilesystem program?

I tried it on 64-bit Win7. Works fine. I had to "Change Tileset" when it first came up, as it had the GF9 tileset loaded, but other than that, once I loaded one of the other tilesets, it seems to work fine for me.
