Re:The price is way to high!

<t>LordDust said it pretty well. The accusation that some people can never be pleased and they will never buy anyway is inaccurate. The wording was easy to misinterpret. Proof of of this is obviously in how many people did so. Pointing the finger back at them is kind of offensive and will only chase...

I'm new to df, but I was thinking about putting black construction paper over the map and uncovering what they have seen as they go

Simple Green is the safest and least harsh method to remove the latex paints. Ive done it with bones minis and metal minis. Let it soak a day or two and the paint comes right off.

acrylic is not latex, but if simple green works then nuff said

Re:Removing paint from dwarvenite

<t>I have little xp painting miniatures thus far but I do paint for a living. I've done lots of different types of commercial painting and now I paint cranes. Dwarvinite is said to be PVC which is quite durable. You should be able to clean them up with some paint thinner and a tooth brush. Just to b...

Re:Got My Tiles, but I'm concerned/confused.

<t>U know what they should have did was work out a way to split the tile with the wall in the middle The squares may have actually only come up to like 7/8" wide to leave room for a 1/4" wall, but if that could worked out it woulda been great. Only problem i could see is that corners would only leav...

Re:Dwarvenite Replacement?

<t>I don't see why they couldn't do a KS for all the sets in dwarvinite over time. I know molds are 10k apiece but they raised near 2 mil for this one alone. Say in an extreme case a set required 20 molds costing 200k. Its still well within 2 mil. I know its been said that other sets wouldn't sell a...

Re:Listed Game Tiles price seems high?

<t>@Stefan i can't speak for everyone who misunderstood, but I don't think you mislead anyone, especially not on purpose. You seem like an honest guy, I just jumped on the defensive when the finger was pointed back at me. it wasn't my own fault I misunderstood either.... "cause you know sometimes wo...
