Re: Open Water Packs
D'oh! The unpainted open water was out of stock before I even spotted it... I guess they underestimated the demand. Please get some more of these in, as I'm sure there are a lot of us waiting to be able to build larger bodies of water.

Re: Please make next KS shipping/handling more EU friendly
While I've questioned the shipping costs myself before, being so close to the factory here in Japan, I've resigned myself to the fact that DF needs a buffer to make sure they don't lose money. I still wish there were a way to pay actual shipping costs after they're known, or to get discounted shippi...

Re: Teaser Texture Photo
I agree that the contrast between the raw dwarvenite and the paint color chosen has a lot to do with the perceived difference in quality between resin and the KS1/2 pieces. It makes any poorly painted pieces stand out. For the KS3 pieces, I only really have a problem with the painting of the plain s...

Re: KS3 TileSystem Mapper
We have Nate to thank for the pictures. He put them together for me during the KS3 campaign. I found having the mapper made it a lot easier to work out exactly how many of each set I needed.

Re: Large city
What is that? 36 floors? I think I could barely swing that, once my retail order gets here. That's right. 16 wooden floors, and 20 stone. It helped that I got an extra box of the arrow slit walls, and the stone walls add-on as well. I'm hoping the new KS has options for walls that aren't right angl...

Re: Large city
Here's my castle based on Law's compact one. This used pretty much all my stone pieces, though, as well as lots of wooden floors for the base, so I can't go much bigger. I guess that's what KS4 is for!

Re: Large city
I love that castle design! It never occurred to me that you could use the new building tiles to make 4" thick walls for a castle as well. I might have to borrow your idea, and see if I can make a fully enclosed keep in that style.

Re: Wishlist KS4
- Definitely siege equipment (I'd add mantlets and longer ladders to the list).
- Castle defenses (boiling oil cauldrons, etc.)
- Trees and other assorted plants/gardens for cover/park greenery (someone had the idea of magnetic ground tiles so you could position things freely)
