Welcome to my den....

<t>Will,

Good setup, it's nice to see a layout that only needs one or two sets of whatever. I especially like the idea of having the keep, the large-scale map, and the den all on one table.
One question: were those Doritos for the DM, the winning gamer, or the nasty critter you have ...

Chamber of Iniquity

<t>Hey L!

I think I recognize that mirror/portal; it looks like the Grendel one from the Wizards Workshop set, isn't it?
I used it this July for a setup at Shore Leave; had some folks seriously running around, wondering where the nasties were coming from, when they'd already sealed t...

Enter the Den of Evil

<t>
The camera work wasn't quite as good as the rest, but that's probably because you had the camera set for auto-focus, didn't you? AF will getcha every time with close-up work like that.

In order to get down "inside" the setups, I was using a digital macro setting, so the depth of ...

Why are the DoE doorways so short?

But the big beef is, why are the door inserts so short?

Because the DoE denizens are dwarves, as in Dwarven Forge (SMIRK!).

JUST KIDDING, JEFF!! Don't hit me - No! OUCH!!
OWWWWWCHH!!!!

My Homemade Hirst Dungeon Pieces....

Blair,

One question; did you repaint the DF to match the HA?
Because they look very dark, and yet they also match up in colors.
Or you are using a very dark filter.
Or something.

Anyway, looks GOOD!

<t>Transit;

Please excuse me for a minute while I go turn up the thermostat.

WOW!!! Edgar Allen Poe, eat your HEART OUT!

The setup was good on it's own, with the varied levels; but that NARRATIVE! Whoof!

Excellent writing, and damned good layout. The camer...

<t>
I am already planning out some custom pieces to do that and maybe I will be able to post pictures some time.

But over all, I'd rather have just a bunch of room pieces. You can make your own pieces if you have those.

Gavynn

RINGING APPLAUSE!!! Way To Go, Gav...

Unpainted pieces

Oops, it only allows 3 attachments per post, and I have 4 pics. Here's #4.

FYI: If you look REAL CLOSE at the top edges of the De-Greened pictures, you can see a little green in the mortar joints.
