Re: Background screens

Imho it depends on what use you are thinking of. If you want to add a background to pictures of the scene, no background screen is actually great. The reason is that most times, and in particular for “wide area” pictures, the picture itself will include things outside your table - like the backgroun...

It surely has some cost.
But, the alternative is storing that same merchandise, just not sold and paid for...

Re: Preorder outside the US

Guys, one question: was it said if, besides the pre-sale, these will also be stocked in the store?

I automatically assumed that they would, but today this doubt crept into my mind...

Not sure this has been stated anywhere.

Thank you!

Re: Caverns Deep Painting Video Status

....(plus I am going to guess the paint schematic is not the same for CD as KS2). Actually, that was a big point of concern going in to Caverns Deep and Dwarven Forge said their full intention is to make the two sets completely interchangeable. The paint scheme SHOULD match. I think they said, more...

Re: Remastered Woodland Set?

I believe this was the main reason why this set was discountinued in the past. Stefan and DF in general knew and openly admitted that the fitting was a bit "uneven" in this set (can't remember who sculpted it, but I remember something along the lines of "paid more attention to the art...

Re: Official PM video

Caverns Mega Banks marks the first time that the painted set has been more than 2X the cost of unpainted... The premium for painted has been steadily rising, but lately it has jumped significantly so as to make some things unviable That's a good point. I have always bought painted; even though I am...

Re: Official PM video

Just reposting also here what Zenako wrote in another topic about the foamcore raisers, in case someone is following this one and not the other: "The prices on the PM are $25 for the small 16 2x2 $25 for the large 4 4x4 and 4 8x8 $95 for the mega 32 2x2, 12 4x4 and 8 8x8 So there is a discount ...

Re: Preorder outside the US

@marcoreds, I don‘t really get it. In Germany I pay around 15-20% of the Order value for shipping, regardless of the original value (well, maybe it would be more for very small amounts, but for orders of 100$+, I always pay the same percentage — and there are no smaller DF orders ;)). Adding anothe...

Re: Preorder outside the US

As international, what I would ask (and might well already be planned) would be some flexibility when the time will come to wrap up the order. What I mean is: for me at least, there's a certain "critical mass" I have to order so that shipping is at least reasonable compared to the price of...

Re: Any Leads on 3D Printed Mill and Water Wheel Pieces

I've got this one, and it isn't bad (even if not huge).

https://www.printablescenery.com/produc ... ater-mill/

There's a "get it printed" tab that shows guys who print it for you.

Cheers
