Re:DF Paints Now Available until September 10th

<t>Yeah I was out for the video shoot last weekend, no idea how long they'll take to assemble the actual video from the footage they got. Hope I don't look too bad (I felt my energy fading a lot by the end of the shoot... I had just been on a red-eye from California to Boston (returning from a work ...

Re:Almost missed this one

I looked at his earlier GOBLIN kickstarter, but the prices looked impossible for him to actually afford fufillment. I see the same problem this time around.

Re:Map Maker Beta 2.0 Online

<t>Also some oddities:<br/> clicking to rotate a set of selected figures is only rotating them by 180 degrees not 90. Looking like its because its a rectangular region of the screen. If I have a square region it goes 90 per click. However since the rectangle itself isn't being rotating and the locat...

Re:Map Maker Beta 2.0 Online

I think its worth mentioning more obviously
"to rotate, click an already selected piece"

I found it a little tough to find that direction in the existing help and I would expect it to be a fairly common first question when getting started.

Re:DF Paints Now Available until September 10th

<t>I just wanted to say the paints are awesome. I got a chance to meet Stefan and see the paints on Saturday. Painted up a sample wall and floor, following his directions and am very happy with how the pieces came out. The paint is just the perfect consistency -- goes on thin with great coverage, wi...

Re:Realmsound 2.0 KS

<t>I think they made a mistake in quoting "production value" as "value" everywhere. They have addressed that in their FAQ and some updates.<br/> <br/> From a cost to produce the quality audio that they are doing, the production value seems reasonable -- renting studio space/time, paying the professi...

Re:Caverns Kickstarter - Wish List

Free standing walls are very useful, but I think if the entire line was free standing walls, it would be too fiddly.

Re:Caverns Kickstarter - Wish List

<t>Yeah I'm not a science fiction gaming fan. I'd prefer to see core sets relatively time period agnostic. Caverns, even more than the original GT, should work well in many environments. Fantasy is a given, but I can easily see them working for asteroids, Starship Troopers style bug-warrens, smuggle...
