Very cool picture :) Loving the integration of Castle and Dreadhollow, feel many builds of this type being created in roughly 12 months from now.....

But we feel it is only fair to point out that this is classic false news, anti Lizard man propaganda, they are clearly there in their capacity as Underpinning specialists visiting the castle in a Industrial Piling capacity.

Look at it, the not so abandoned Castle clearly has subsidence issues and if remedial work is not undertaken in the next 100/200 years that tower has got ruin written all over it.

We know they all have shields which give them a more aggressive look, but they are Scaly humanoid standard PPE issue. Normal hard hats have yet to be designed to fit a Lizard Man ugly snouty face so they have to use shields. What about the spear you cry? well that is obviously used as temporary piling and support, a pointy end to jab in the earth is needed for easy access when they need both claws free for castle foundation inspection.

Why not use Dwarves you ask, they are building specialists? have you seen what they charge, even for just an inspection! Those stunty, hairy, fat arsed, gold worshipping, money mongers are in danger of pricing themselves out of the market.

You have been Enlightened :)

After a long journey through the Dreadhollow Forest, harried by goblins the whole way, you finally reach the abandoned castle. Only, it doesn't look so abandoned anymore. 💀👻
Though I am not a fan of the changing color scheme in the prepainted KS4 castle pieces, this does make me like the blueish tone more than I did in the past. If the stones in the castle were the same color as the stones in the escarpments below I think it wouldn't look as majestic of a castle. I like that the stone is a different color. Just wish the top of the tower was the same color as the rest of the castle. ;)

That looks to just be another close-up view of the same set-up that is in the Water Tile Conspiracy theory with members of the Critical Role team in the house.

Nice to see how you can integrate various build sets together for a pretty cool look.
Thanks for flagging this to me.

I have 20lbs of Undermountain (...err, DoD) arriving later today.
I missed last year's KS, so the retail launch was my first chance at it. It's a good start - Eldritch Pools, Zaltar's, the Troves, and a modest slew of add-ons (missed the Epic Stairs tho).
I may have an extra Epic Stairs set (painted). I have two already with Gorgon Tiers and the Lava Bridge so I don't know if I need a third ('need' being the question right now).

If I do decide to get rid of it, I'll let you know. I live a stone's throw from Mount Washington. Gotta take care of you flatlanders...

The 2 Starter sets I picked up last week are looking a bit lonely on the table:Bat-Dungeon 01.jpg
I went with a Batcave theme. The Lost Dungeons of Wayne Manor. Bat-Dungeon 02.jpg

Did I just hear a truck pull up......?
Post a build once you get it all!
