I thought about doing that, but (a) no one was around to take my picture and (b) I really would have needed a Cthulhu mask for the proper effect. The other option, summoning Cthulhu himself for a mere photo op, seemed like a bad idea...

Excellent. I know I plan to have that mini dungeon show up on some maps of the BBEGs when the players come across his map room, and who knows where that might lead...

Perhaps the characters the players are playing themselves taking on roles in a game to sort out the plans of the BBEG and his minions???

Whoa, starts to have head throbbing from the layers of weirdness that might entail.

I got it as encounter 1 seemed a really nice encounter with lots of good pieces.

It was the one thing we wanted but did not pledge - the mini dungeon
Still not sure why as we don't see how we'd use it. Still wanted it though.
