Thanks, both of you. Yeah it is a more normal paint job on the mountains, but I think once I get forests they will mesh a lot better.

What Mountains? ... oh, those, the tall things in camo.
I missed them somehow. Neat idea for added greenery. Fun!

Another session was had by all yesterday and it was the end of the frame quest. They had one more green acid room to navigate

But they found the pillar after a rather exciting jumping marathon to avoid getting inthe acid when the central floor folded up and revealed a chest below. Two of the party tried to get the chest while the third explored the pillar in a back corner. Luckily the group ran form the guardian of the chest with their prize and entered the underhollow.

[[[These are my repainted mountains, rom the red version before. Maybe not as unique, but more usable, I think.]]]

Here they fought four perytons and defeated them handily with only a few scary moments.

And after leaving a corrupted ooze creature behind, they escaped with their quest intact.

And a quick session on a Wednesday as all three of us are off for summer vacation now.....

The party looked into the green room cautiously after clearing the silver demon door.

and entered only to be attacked by three baby mimics, one looking like a bear trap and two like chests. At least sorta.

But htey were quickly defeated. Looking around the party found four nexts, one big and three small. _Not knowing where ht big one was, the rogue decided to look through the barred door.

and found the mimic

Which was quickly defeated. After resting a bit the party went down the stairs and ended up under the nearby blooddrop hill above a strange room with acid and irregular walls.
Onus Session 19 Z7__.jpg

Where they found a rather easy encounter of cave giants.

And upon defeating the cave giants, they found a weird green mist left the bodies and went down the trapdoor in the middle of the room, which lead to another similar room, but subtly different.

Where they defeated a pack of shadow hounds that were much more easily defeated than the DF ones form the recent encounter one video.

And then on to the next session in about ten days or so....

Those are from the Stones kickstarter, which are available retail now. They are thinner than DF tiles but look good as a pool when surrounded by other tiles. Here I just laid them on top of regular DF tiles.

I painted them with my typical Tamiya Clear Green and a bit of earthstone on the bubble tops and a wash of said earthstone in the ripples.
