This campaign seems like a ton of fun!!!

Always ove these builds with their liberal use of color.

And another session passed last night. After finding a secret door in the last setup, the party found themselves in another layout below the last one, again with the green and blue stone rooms, and the strong potential to be converted to oozes themselves. They explored the first room and found that a journal or book was hidden within the green stalagmite, but were unable to retrieve it as they were missing the snake set gloves.

Moving through the blue corridor of ooze conversion therapy, the party was able to survive, due to a bit of luck and a single minded focus on getting through as fast as possible.

In the next room, they found a pillar that allowed them to summon a ball of fire and they were able to control it, giving them a very valuable ally for the next area, and a potent weapon against the wraiths guarding the area, said wraiths having been created with a weakness to fire.

Activating both the ant and wraith encounters at the same time, the party was hard pressed, but able to defeat both groups rather well, with minimal damage or loss of resources.

The party got through the whole cavern area last night, fighting a lot of abberations, some ants, and then met up with a pair of spiders, including an intelligent fey one that gave them a lot of good information about their overall quest.

The green area is the guardian portal for the ooze breeding ground that was the blue ice rooms. If anyone entered the room, or if an object was left there, an ooze would form and engulf the creature or the foreign object. The green area kept the proto-ooze inside. Luckily no one in the party was transformed and had to learn to roleplay as a nonverbal ooze. Too bad!!

Yeah, that is pretty much what I found, though I like my KSI balance once I got another 10 or so corners at Gencon last year. I am sure there will be wall packs available in KSVI.

I predict that very soon you may you may have the opportunity to get more walls ;)

I feel like with KS1 you always ran out of floors - i failed to order a floor pack (too many other sexier choices) it was a foolish mistake

With KS2 i made sure to get extra floors - and i always have a surplus! I think caverns lend themselves to lots of passages and smaller chambers so walls get used up first and floors are not as crucial

To come clean, this is pretty much all my caverns except my multiple sets of cavern rivers. I think I have 8 or so including lava.

My cavern build for my next session tomorrow.

I used all the caverns I own, so instructive. It reminded me I need more walls, I have too many floors for the walls I have available.

We are familiar with most post KS terminology though we got onboard the DF train at KSIII.

Resin is a new world but gradually getting to terms with the terms.

Still may create an abbreviations and common terms page for new DooFers/Trogs/Valorians*
