Manticore Attack
Re: Manticore Attack
Cool setup! Looks like it would make for a fun game, with a nice mix of space for indoor and outdoor combat.

What you were missing is how complicated Kirk's daily work schedule was, it takes a lot of computing power to plan all his female alien encounters.William wrote: ↑Thu May 31, 2018 8:41 pmI see she has her tablet out for stats and "rules", that's more up-to-date playing than I've ever done.
Tablets were fantasy on Star Trek when I was playing. Even though on Star Trek it only held the daily work schedule or roster. Back in the 60's they really didn't get what kind of power these hand held devices would have. About all they got right was the size and shape.

Really, though, he's most likely flipping off the woman in pink. She's a grandmother in her 70s, but still loves getting into rules arguments. I'm a very "rules are suggestions" kind of DM and give the other players bonus XP for "sassin'" her.

Yeah, they play together really well and offer lots of variety. After Dwarven Forge (of course), 4Ground is my go-to terrain company.Rabbit Burner wrote: ↑Wed May 30, 2018 8:12 pmAwesome setup, loving the mix.
Got a bunch of 4ground buildingssadly still in the boxes, great to see some with DF.
Re: Manticore Attack
I love it in general, and found building it very satisfying.
However, all that roof makes the whole thing very tan for my tastes. I have some blue/slate tiles to put on it, but haven't gotten around to it yet. Maybe next year?
Re: Manticore Attack
Great set-up but the bearded-guy must have made a harsh rule call because the player in blue is flipping him off (see the first image).
