Nice I love my flat file cabinets also. I have 3 of the 5 drawer ones stack up. What I did for my dwarvenite stuff was I was able to get 4 of these stacked one beside the other on top of it (I had room for a 5th one but my cabinet is against the wall so would not have been able to get to it. The will hold a ton of DF dwarvenite in them. I took the wheels off mine.

My neighbor has the same set of drawers, but made in wood. I already have my storage solution or I would head done the same road u did. BTW, you can scan government auction sites to find these "map drawers" at very affordable prices. $300 is a very good price. Census Bureau and BLM are good sites to find these.

Well done, William! And congrats on the 1000.

Welcome to the Minotaur club!!!

WOW - what an impressive collection - i think you need at least 2 more flat files - some of those bits are packed so tightly you'll never get them in and out! I bet you are great at tetris ;)

Really cool to see this level of organization - i am at the "hording resin in the back of the closet because i have no space" phase of the hobby... someday i'll have a gaming space!

Very nice! I had to get the Ikea Alex ones because my wife didn't like the industrial look of a metal cabinet. I'm hoping they will last me long enough to upgrade safely before they fall apart. :P (They're not that bad really, I just want the stuff to be safe though)

All I can say is wow.

(I have two of the blueprint cases, but in basic black. They do hold a ton of stuff. Mine were from CL, too.)

I'd really like to see top down pics of all the red foam trays. Is that custom cut or commercial product (KR, etc.)?

to reach that goal. It's not a very big club, but growing... ;)

Anyway, I'm totally impressed with the amount these cabinets hold. I purchased these used off Craigslist for $300.00. There are 10 of the 42"x36"x2" drawers held in two stacked 5 drawer cabinets. The base I also recieved is not being used for a reason.

The two Plan Hold units stacked -

Now I need to find 10 more drawers to put this stuff in the pictures into and other things not even shown here. The Craigs List hunt begins again... :(
I've also started to rearange the drawers, so when I get that done I'll repost with new configuration.
