Thanks!
Does it glow in the dark, or glows when cast light upon?

FWIW, if you want amazing glow power, I have tried a few and highly recommend Stuart Semple's line over at https://www.culturehustleusa.com/ -- get the LIT powder and the Superbase medium. It's pricier than some but it glows unbelievably well and as far as I can tell, no fading after months. Many other glow paints are pretty faint or stop working after a short while.
Very good link

I can second this. While most will stay pretty black light reactive many do lose their glow very quickly. One I got from Walmart lost the ability to glow while still in the bottle within the first month! I may have to try your recommendation astolat, thank you for sharing it.

Is there a clear/transparent paint, that glows in the dark? Or glows when projected light on?
I think I recall someone here using this kind of thing...
A great Halloween question. Look in the craft section of Walmart or any craft store for Glow in the dark transparent finishes. The black light paints and bulbs should be on sale tomorrow at Halloween city.
