Black dragon breath might do the trick... but there may be scatter damage.

Depending on the piece you could soak it in hot/warm water to soften the glue and then remove it. (Do NOT do this for parts with electronics or magnetic components.) Depending on how it looks, make some lemonade out of that lemon with the extra glue feature and turn it into slime or mold on the part with a little paint or ink.

I second this. I had a warped piece and told me how to unwarp it. They also said that if it didn't work, they'd replace it. They're very good about getting back to people.

One or two of the pieces from my order have glue on the outside of them. is there a recommended way to remove this?
