Wow! That is a nice 'instant' collection you got there.
Q. It says International Shipping to the UK is only $13 USD.

is eBay being crazy or do you have some amazing international freight deal ?

Large(ish) lot of Sci-Fi sets up for auction on EBay. I am moving house, again, and can't justify the cost of moving all of my hobby stuff time after time.

Hey Pusherman, I realize I use my Sci-Fi sets a lot more than my MBS, so I'd be willing to do a trade of my shutters for your beta sets.

My email is at gmail.com - using "RPGAndrew" before the @. 8-)

Yeah,

I understand wanting to trade.

I would seriously consider trading my Chamber of Sorrows set for a Sci Fi Gamma set.

There has to be someone out there wanting to sell their Sci Fi sets!

Yeah,

I saw that kickstarter, but I am not sure how tough cardstock will be or how much it will stand up to the trials of gaming. I would much rather get other types. Thank you though for posting the link.

On that note, anyone know of any other good sites to get Sci-Fi terrain dressings? I have seen JR Miniatures and Scotia Grendel, and gotten pieces from both of those but have had no luck finding something as simple as good looking consoles or railings, or chairs. Chairs seems to be the most difficult.

Still looking for 'official' Dwarven Forge sets also!

I posted this about a week ago, but there's a kickstarter for a sci-fi 3D terrain system that uses cardstock.

It's got a different feel than the DF Sci-fi, but I think they could complement each other nicely.

I'm in for a few of the stronghold sets. They could be a good alternative until DF releases some new sci-fi DF...

(Maybe find posterboard or something to mount the floors to so that they are the same height as the DF stuff?

That's good news law!

I'd still like to get a chance to talk to you directly about the sets. I would potentially be willing to buy them all even, or at least a good chunk of them if you have dozens of sets or something. Might make your life a little easier if you have an idea in mind what you would like to sell the group of sets for.

Hope to hear from you.

I'll probably be listing some pieces on Ebay soon, hopefully this weekend. I've been trying to hold onto my SF stuff, because it is so well-done, but sadly, I think it's time to pick my battles. I need the money, and the space, and frankly, when I first bought it, my DF collection consisted of the basic dungeon sets, the catacombs, and the SF sets. Now I've added all the river and lake sets, the ROTA sets, the MBS sets, the DOE and HS sets, the Catacombs, the Wilderness set, the GT set... yeah, it's time to make some of the tough choices.

I'll post here when I list it -- sorry I have to do it auction-style, but see above re: I need the money. ;)

Two kids to feed/school/house and a DF monkey to feed/school/house, er, manage!
