Never have had any issue with paint cracking or chipping. No known need to coat them.

Yeah, no need for a sealer. Honestly, as the pieces have flex to them, if you had a varnish on them, it could crack with the pieces being able to flex but the varnish not being able to.

They don’t seem to need varnish, I don’t think anybody has had issues with paint rubbing off. Probably because of the relative softness of the PVC Dwarvenite is made from.

So I just got my first DF set in the mail and I must say im very happy with it. Great quality, good paint job and the weight and feel is amazing=)

Cant wait to surprise my group with some amazing scenes!

Just got one question; Is the pieces protected with varnish? if not anyone tried to varnished them?
