Agreed, the customer service is the best I've seen in modern days.

I’ll do a simple chime in as well. There have only been a few situations where I needed replacement pieces, and Dwarven Forge has never disappointed. I’ve asked for a couple favors as well and threw in some money, and they were always willing to accommodate.

Thank you for this wonderful thread! Chuck and I are doing our best, especially around the holidays, to handle any issues as they come up. We aren't perfect, and some things are beyond our control, but we know our customers are awesome, so it makes it easier for us to go the extra mile when we can. You'll likely hear from Chuck more often than me now that sculpting is back on my schedule, but I'll always be around to lend a hand as needed.

It is a credit to their commitment to customer service that they seem to always endeavor to make it right for the customer, almost irregardless of the circumstances. They know that their sterling reputation for service engenders a lot of "good will" and that has significant value to them as a company. Note how most here on the forums are not debating if they will be backing another KS, but more along the lines of how much they will back the next one, almost sight unseen. There is not a company out there that would not covet that kind of brand loyalty and support.

I never complain - "you get what you get and you don't throw a fit"

with DoD though i had a couple pieces that just didn't cut it and 2 left doors for my pit, so i really needed to at minimum get the proper doors... i sent an email with my concerns and they replaced all the sub par bits - no hesitation and no questions asked - top notch!

I would like to thank Michelle and Dwarven Forge for exemplary service.

Over the summer, my DoD sets started to arrive and it was pretty exciting. Unfortunately, our 90 pound English Lab found that it was a pretty exciting time as well and totally ate into a few of the boxes, and some of the dwarvenite pieces within the boxes became 'customized'. DF replaced the damaged pieces, at no cost to myself. You just do not get this level of service today.
