I find it interesting that the most popular Dwarvenite line is dungeons at the moment, and at the same moment here in the Resin poll, not a single vote has been cast for dungeons.

I think this means a couple things:

1) Many of us have Dwarvenite dungeons we use a lot so they are our favorite. Not nearly as many people use Resin dungeons.

2) Dwarvenite has turned into the work horse and Resin is now delegated for special, unique, and "pretty" environments. It seems people are discussing functionality and use on the Dwarvenite poll, and aesthetics (for the most part) here on the Resin poll.

I like the system of the Medieval building system they system but not the look. It is too stripey looking and the Tudor color is too white. Looks a little too zebraish. I like the Tudor wall design better in the CBS but old tile system better for building interiors. If that make sense.

I went with Catacombs. Just a good useful set and it is beautiful.

I picked Catacombs as my favorite because I do not have enough .

Image

Image

I do not have near enough plain square corners or doors.

Image

There are too many round walls. There are not enough doors.

Image

Gridless was too much for some of the random players.

Image

I made 24 4' by 4' lava tiles. I still have the shortage of square plain corners.

Image

The square corner shortage extends to cavern walls.

Image

I have enough cavern sets to present the large crystal caves but will be short square corners for the tiles on the south side of the scenario

I need to paint another Underdark set to have enough tiles in the same style.

I agree with everyone - very hard to choose from amongst SO many incredible sets. I went with RoTA as my favorite, but really I mean the most Beautiful by voting for it. For most used, I would have to go with Oldent - the MBS is FAR superior for making playable building interiors that I find myself using it much, much more often that City stuff. Oh, then or course there is the Cavernous Water sets.... :D

I like ROTA best, but catacombs is the most useful as well as DOE.

The Inn has no votes. I use the Inn sets the most often.

The resin narrow passage set is the most versatile for hidden rooms and secret passages

I went with catacombs, but Realms and Woodland and Cavern water are all very nice. Impossible to choose really.

Disclaimer: The only resin I own from DF is a bunch of red pillars.

I refuse to vote.
They are all awesome in their own way.

This is going to be a tough decision. I'm looking at some of the Ruins set, Woodland set and Cavernous Lake set laid out on the table right now for part of a scenario. I keep one of the Hellscape Plumes on my desk next to the monitor. At the same time RotA and Catacombs are just incredible works of art. Not a fair question!

I own no resin DF at all so if my vote still counts, I voted for the theme that I most wish would be recreate in Dwarvenite and that is RotA
