Miniatures Market tends to have some of the best pre-order prices at times, you just have to stop by their site and check. There was one shop that I have a regret now that I did not order more Colossal Dragons from at the time. They routinely would promote 2 for the price of 1 sales. So I got just 2 of all those DDM Dragons. Selling off the extra one of each netted me a lot of bucks for other other minis a few years later, just wish I had more of them to resell now.

Darn sorry I missed these at preorder price!
At Amazon the cheapest I found was about$35 with shipping. Same same.

Just FYI, once you add in shipping, if you are an Amazon Prime member you get it for the same price (~$37) and will get two-day delivery instead of (ground plus 1-2 days) of the cheapest shipping at minimarket.
The pre-order price was like $17 when I ordered them, about 50% off the final retail. Not sure MM made anything on those early orders, other than goodwill (and I had enough in my combined order to get free shipping from MM as well.)

Yup I got mine for a pre order also for $18 so I ordered 6 sets of them to make the free shipping mark. Now I can make some big walls of fire and ice

They are good spell effects and the interlocking / nesting means making a visually continuous wall of fire/ice is pretty easy to accomplish. I was pleased when mine showed up from my MM preorder. The other release spells like Tensors Floating disk, various spiritual weapons, etc is also a nice addition to my props roster.
