Just got an email that most of my Non-KS stuff I ordered has been cast and was mailed with the tracking info. Looks like I will be working on painted TTW stuff long before KS7 tiles at this rate.

TTW non-KS order
Cottage
Cottage II
Townhouse
Townhouse II
Townhouse III
Merchant House
Ruined Townhouse
Monument

Going to have a whole city with all the other ones coming with the KS. Combined with KS8 getting pushed out to 2022 (and delivery ???) less second thoughts about getting more TTW buildings to use.

Nice one mate, I look forward to seeing your painting on them and seeing them being used in games.

It was cool seeing the TTW unpainted models. There are a few that I have considered buying as centrepieces because the detail is amazing. However, the bottom line for me is storage: I just don't have the space for a lot of non-modular terrain. I am jealous of you guys with big games rooms!

Availability of storage and playing space are key issues. Mrs. GG and I are thankful we found a place we could afford with so much space.

Pretty eclectic array of DF stuff you picked up there GG. The paint is pretty good and will go a long way, especially when painting unpainted Terrain. Takes a lot more pigment to cover a 6"x6" tile than your average mini, and you can get a bunch of them. With a lot a castles and wilderness escarpments (rocks) and have painted a lot of other non-DF tiles (Secret weapon Mines, Rampage tiles, a bunch of Mantic stuff, not to mention the few large Reaper terrain set pieces) using their paints, I have only had to restock on two colors really. Base Grey (on the third bottle) and Base Wood which is a good neutral brown that can act as a starting point for most woods or even dirt locations (second bottle). I try to keep in mind what I am running low on and then toss in the needed bottles to some other order I make.

Thanks for the tips on the paint Z.

One thing I can not get over is just how much better the DF rowboat is compared to how it looks in the webstore. Even Mrs. GG has completely changed her mind on it and we now want to get the Wildlands barge First chance we get.

And Mrs. GG is much more excited about the potential in KS 8 thanks to her messing around with more CBS pieces.
