One concern I do have is reusing them. Each map already has a bunch of stuff depicted on the floor making it pretty much a specific local. Now this many be overthinking on my part, since gaming folks might keep visiting the Same Wizard for example, or only need to visit that wizard once in a campaign anyway. I tend to like the more open formats with the ability to place content in a more variable manner. However, I am strongly considering this one due to the handful of unique locations in the map bundle.

considering the cost is the same as 2-3 flip mats - it is hard to go wrong

i agree it is a little cartoony, but makes up for it in convenience and storage
Agree it's a very good price for the amount of maps you get.

Very cool idea, but I would like it even better if the book was not bound so you could take out the maps and lay them truly flat on a table and nest other maps up to them. The book format is nice, but unbound maps would be more useful and possible hook for some of the unique settings on a few of them. The arena and tavern and some of the ships/dock areas would be great for use for quick set ups (not unlike some of the 2D tiles sets from the older WotC and Pathfinder sets and maps.)

Clever and cool - you could see modules starting to come equipped with something like this.

Not for us though.

I think this would go well with the Wardlings. I am in for a cool map book.

Immersive maps book Kickstart

Probably for people without any Terrain but I have a feeling kids would like this due to the vinyl stickers...art is a bit cartoony for my taste.
