she does seem bustier than the metal version - perhaps it is the camera angle

it is a fine line when you are working that small to make sure it is recognizably female without over sexualizing

me thinks a do rag on the hair would go a long way ;)
I have that figure on the painting table now.Bones is hard to photograph. The figure is almost exactly the same as the metal figure.
Bobby Jackson did most of the Reaper Town folks line. He is avery good CAD artist as well. His background as a figure artist gives him an advantage in designing castable prototypes.

The limitations of current 3Dmachines and the artist inexperience make the 3d printed figure kickstarter an easy pass for me.

I don't think FDM printers do a good enough job for character figures, but entry level liquid resin printers are starting to break the $400 mark.

Can't say I'm a fan of the art style on these townsfolk, but I like the Innsmouth-style fish zombies for Mythos and I can't imagine that sort of thing EVER being a big enough seller for any major manufacturer to justify it, so kudos for that idea.

Best thing on that page is the teaser for their Wrath & Ruin wargame, where you play as an angry god and destroy a town by physically throwing boulders at it. Hilarious concept! Should also be Dwarvenite compatible!
I couldn't tell if their camera work was bad or if the minis were undetailed/bad texturing... lots of things looked blurry.

Towards the end they had a picture of the town idiot painted up... and it confirmed that the printer they used did a good job of leaving crappy textures on it.

You'd think someone who wanted to sell their 3d sculpts would at least use a better machine so that people get tricked into thinking they'll look good ;)

Or... that is just the reality of 3d printed characters right now. In which case, I'm not interested... yet.

I've seen at least couple requests for a female blacksmith on these boards; here's a kickstarter that has one...
