The Double door did not need hot water.

I spent some time working out how to paint Table Scapes to match my Dwarven Forge.

Image

The Table Scapes is very close to DF base gray in color. I base coated it with Umbar mixed with Black and dry brushed it to match

Image

picked out some details with umbar and card board

Image

Dry brushed with Glidden Diamond Glazed Ginger

Image

Dry brushed wit Glidden Diamond Brook Green

Now to finish up the Rabbit :D
Both the speed and the quality at which you get stuff painted is amazing.

This is still very much a WIP photo

I decided to try to use the Dark Lava as a wash. The pillars look better than the doors.

Image

To create a wash add a few drops of acrylic binder like floor wax. I f you want the wash to be flat, Woodland Scenic scenic cement works well.

Image

The Woodland Scenic Pigments do not have a binder. They are designed to be applied and set with the scenic cement.
